Textile sculpture confined within a frame

To create this sculpture, I started with the idea of a sea. A wild, uncontrollable mass of water, full of life and breaking force. I decided to compare that idea to the concept of a work of art: something complex and material which, despite being contained within a small frame, extends beyond it through its inspiration and creative energy, reaching the people who observe it.
In this way, I aimed to represent the idea of art through an interweaving of stuffed fabrics, simulating sea waves trapped within a frame that break free in a cascade of fabric toward the viewer. I used the fluidity and shine of the fabrics to evoke the essence of the sea.
